Google has now started public testing of Google wave, with 100,000 people invited into the testing phase, each of which can invite up to five people to join in on the testing.
Google Wave is an online tool that lets people communicate via video, instant messaging and wiki style editing, or as Google describes it “how e-mail would look if it were invented today”.

Google Wave is designed to transform the way we communicate online, and the developer behind it has described it as a ‘communication and collaboration tool’

We have seen quite a few different geeky watches here on Geeky Gadgets, the latest one is from Casio, the Casio Cubic Puzzle Watch.
The Casio Cubic Puzzle Watch features a long case with a custom designed LCD display, and the buttons are arranged in a Tetris like layout, unfortunately the watch doesn’t come with any built in games.

Check out this amazing replica of the Batmobile built by someone from Sweden, the replica Batmobile took three and a half years to make, with over 20,000 hours to complete.
The replica was built using a 1973 Lincoln Continental, and the whole project cost over $1 million US dollars.




The replica Batmobile is packed with gadgets and has built in satellite navigation, voice recognition, machine guns, reversing cameras, a DVD player, a Plasma TV and even height adjustable bodywork.

A company called Haleron Technologies is releasing a netbook which features dual Intel Atom processors, the Swordfish Net 102 netbook.
The Swordfish Net 102 netbook comes with not one but two Intel Atom N270 1.6GHz processors, 2GB of DDR2 RAM, a 160GB hard drive, and a 10.2 inch LCD display with a resolution of 1024 by 600.

Other specifications include a 1.3 megapixel web camera, WiFi, 3G, a 4 in one card reader, dual Bluetooth, and 10/100 LAN, and a 3 cell 2450mAh battery.

We have seen some cool retro arcade game messenger bags before on Geeky Gadgets, now there are some new ones available which look even cooler than the last ones.

LG has added a new mobile phone to their range, with the launch of the LG GD510.
The LG GD510 features a 3 inch WQVGA touchscreen display with a resolution of 240 x 400, and comes with a 3 megapixel camera, and 8GB of built in storage.



The LG GD510 features a brushed aluminium case, and features a single button the face that is used to access the menu, end and cancel keys depending on which mode the phone is in.
Another feature of the LG GD510 is that there will be an optional solar panel that will replace the battery cover and can be used to charge the built in battery via solar power.
There is no word on pricing or availability as yet.

Belkin has launched two new cases for the iPod Touch, called the ‘for the Cure’ cases, where part of the proceeds on the sale of each case will be given to a breast cancer charity, and Belkin will be donating a minimum of $100,000 to the charity.
There are two models of cases available, first up is the Grip for the cure case which will fit the 2nd generation iPod Touch, and $2.50 from each case sold will be donated to charity.

Next up is the DualFit for the Cure case, which can be worn on your arm when you are out running or cycling etc.

Each of these cases are now available for $29.99 each from Belkin.
